About

Built in the field.
Not in a boardroom.

Easy Upkeep was built by a service business owner who got tired of being the reminder system, and tired of losing arguments without proof.

Invite-only field testing. Yearly plans from $99.

Why I built it

The workshop blamed me.
I couldn’t prove them wrong.

Che Boielle
Founder, Easy Upkeep

Every time one of my machines came back with a problem, the workshop had the same answer: it must be how you’re maintaining it.

I knew that wasn’t true. But I couldn’t prove it. I had no clean record of what had been done, when, or by whom. So every argument ended the same way: my word against theirs, and they held the invoice.

Then my fleet grew. One machine, I could keep in my head. By the third and fourth, I was guessing, and guessing gets expensive.

So I built Easy Upkeep. My team gets reminded to log their hours. I get alerted when services are due. Every job is recorded with photos and notes. Now when someone asks what’s been done, I don’t argue. I show them.

What we stand for

Straight answers. Simple tools.

Know, don’t guess

Clear records beat good memories. Every time.

Built for the crew

If the people on the tools won’t use it, it doesn’t matter how clever it is.

Honest about limits

We’ll tell you what it does and what it doesn’t. The manufacturer’s manual is still the final word.

The company

Who’s behind Easy Upkeep.

Easy Upkeep is operated by Lische Ltd, New Zealand. We’re currently in invited field testing ahead of public launch.

Know. Don’t guess.

Stop guessing.
Start knowing.

We’re letting a small number of service businesses in before launch. Tell me what you run and what keeps slipping through the cracks, and I’ll personally get you set up.
