A few things worth knowing.
Can one van and its machine be tracked separately?
Yes. Each gets its own record, reading and service schedule, so neither gets forgotten.
Does it read machine hours or mileage automatically?
Not yet, and I’d rather tell you that upfront. Your team gets a reminder and enters the reading. It takes about ten seconds.
Does it replace the service manual?
In short: no. The manufacturer sets the intervals. Easy Upkeep makes sure you actually hit them, and proves you did.
Can staff only see their own vehicles?
Yes. Staff see what’s assigned to them. Owners and admins see the whole fleet.
