Why I built it
The workshop blamed me. I couldn’t prove them wrong.
Every time one of my machines came back with a problem, the workshop had the same answer: it must be how you’re maintaining it. I knew that wasn’t true. But I had no clean record of what had been done, when, or by whom.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth: a warranty is only as good as your paperwork. If your service history lives in a group chat or a receipt that’s long gone, you’re handing them the reason to say no.

Will this guarantee my warranty claim is approved?
No one can promise that. But a clear, time-stamped maintenance history removes the most common reason for a “no.”
Does it read machine hours or mileage automatically?
Not yet, and I’d rather tell you that upfront. Your team gets a reminder and enters the reading. It takes about ten seconds.
Does it replace the service manual?
In short: no. The manufacturer sets the intervals. Easy Upkeep makes sure you actually hit them, and proves you did.
Does it help when selling equipment?
Yes. A documented service history makes used gear easier to sell and worth more.
