How it works
Set it up once.
Let the reminders
do the chasing.
Start with one machine. Get the details right. Then bring the rest of your team and equipment into the same routine.
Invite-only field testing. Yearly plans from $99.

01 Add your gear
02 Set the intervals
03 Assign the work
04 Get proof back
Step 01
Name the machine.
Read the meter.
Use a name your crew recognizes, like “Truckmount · Van 01” or “Jetter 2.” Choose hours or mileage, then enter the reading straight off the machine. Don’t guess it.
Then find the last-service reading or date. That’s your starting line.
Step 02
Set the intervals.
Give it an owner.
Check the manufacturer’s guidance for the exact model, add the service intervals and recurring checks, then assign the people who use it. A starter template speeds up setup, but your manual is the final word.
Step 03
Record the work
while it’s fresh.
Staff get a reminder, open their assigned machine, record the reading and complete the check. Every task is signed off with a photo and notes. Found a problem? Report it against that machine so the details stay together.
Step 04
Use the history
to plan the next job.
Owners and admins see what’s due, what’s done and what’s been reported across the whole business. Technicians see what’s assigned to them.
The arithmetic, made simple
A countdown is only as good as its starting line.
Think of a service baseline like the starting line on a measuring tape. Move that line, and the distance left changes. That’s why the last-service reading matters as much as today’s reading.
Last service
1,200 hours
Example interval
+ 100 hours
Next due
1,300 hours. At a current reading of 1,248, that’s 52 hours to go.
An illustration of the calculation, not a recommended service interval. Always use your manufacturer’s guidance.
Out on site
No signal? No problem.
The mobile app holds a short queue of readings and work, then syncs when you’re back in coverage. Pending work stays labeled until it’s accepted, so you always know what’s made it to the office.
Know. Don’t guess.
Stop guessing.
Start knowing.
